Synopsis
The Doha Film Institute, in partnership with the Embassy of Canada in Qatar and the Qatari Businesswomen’s Association, is delighted to present ‘Dream, Girl’, a documentary showcasing the stories of inspiring and ambitious female entrepreneurs.
Through in-depth interviews and access to the daily lives of five incredible entrepreneurs, ‘Dream, Girl’ paints a complex picture of what it means to be a leader. The women in the film speak openly about the struggles and triumphs that come with entrepreneurship for women - from discrimination to self-care, to what it means to start a family and a business at the same time. Each woman has an authentic story unique to her individual experience, yet we learn their stories are interconnected in ways that uplift us all, in business and in life.
